Do we offer returns?

Yes! If your order isn’t right for you, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your goods, please return them within 15 days of receiving them for a full refund, provided that the goods are returned in an unused and saleable condition with any original tags or packaging intact. Click on the link to start the returns process.

❗Currently, we only accept 15day returns from United Arab Emirates.

Kindly be aware that exchanges are permitted solely for unworn items.


Our shoe exchange policy is crafted to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience. Should your selected pair not fit properly or fail to meet your expectations, you have the option to return it for a replacement, delivered directly to you with minimal effort. We prioritize your time and comfort, which is why we strive to simplify this procedure.

Postage will be covered by us when returning or exchanging goods, as stated in our Return and Exchange section.

Irrespective of the order location – All orders are covered under our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

In case you have received a defective product, please reach out to us by email with the defect information, including some photo evidence, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

15day UAE Returns process:

  1. Attach
    1. a copy of your invoice and
    2. a copy of the UAE 15day Returns Form (duly filled) along with the items being returned.
  2. Please send us the goods in their original state, i.e. in a condition that shows no signs of wear or damage to our UAE address:

  3. Please, pack the box (with all its original contents) in protective packaging.
  4. Provided that all the above return conditions are met, you can expect a full refund within maximum 14 days from the day of the receipt of your package.

Help us protect the environment!

Please pack the product box in the original packaging in which you received your order or use the most environmentally friendly alternative like wrapping paper, reusable shopping bag etc.

Proper packaging prevents the box from damaging and enables us to reuse it.

We do not accept returns from other countries than United Arab Emirates!

Please note:

The buyer is obliged to hand over the claimed goods to the seller, including all its components, in a hygienically sound condition that allows safe handling of the goods by other persons. Otherwise, the seller is entitled to reject the goods claim.

The 24-month Warranty applies exclusively to the goods purchased through our website.(If you have purchased the goods from our business partner, please contact them directly).
