Do we offer returns?

Yes. If your order isn’t right for you, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

At present, 7-day returns are accepted only for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Please note that exchanges and returns are permitted exclusively for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including the original box and packaging. Click on the link to start the returns process.

Return fee

In the event of a return, AED 40 will be deducted from the total refundable amount to cover courier pickup and handling charges.

Exchanges

For every exchange request, we require documented evidence of the item’s condition, including a clear photo of the shoes/pair condition and the shoes/pair box. This helps us verify the product’s condition and ensure a smooth and fair exchange process for all customers.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

Warranty

We will review defective or damaged items based on a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please send us an email at [email protected] with details of the issue, including photo evidence, and we will assist you accordingly.

7-Day UAE Returns Process

Please include the following with your return:

  • A copy of your invoice
  • A completed UAE 7-Day Returns Form

Items must be returned in their original condition, free from signs of wear or damage.

Our warehouse partner will coordinate courier pickup. Returned items will be delivered to our warehouse for inspection:

Please pack the shoe box (with all original contents) securely in protective packaging.

Once the return is received and approved, the refund (less AED 40 return fee) will be processed within a maximum of 7 days from the date we receive the returned item.

Environmental note

Help us protect the environment by using the original packaging or an eco-friendly alternative (e.g. reusable bag or wrapping paper). Proper packaging helps prevent damage and allows us to reuse boxes.

Returns are not accepted from countries outside the United Arab Emirates.

Postage will be covered by us when returning or exchanging goods, as stated in our Return and Exchange Policy.

All orders are covered under our 24-month Warranty against manufacturing defects. If you have received a defective product, please reach out to us by email with the defect information, including some photo evidence, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

  1. PDF document called the Warranty Claim Form generated after completing the warranty claim process.
  2. Original Invoice (Proof of purchase)

Please note:

The buyer is obliged to hand over the claimed goods to the seller, including all its components, in a hygienically sound condition that allows safe handling of the goods by other persons. Otherwise, the seller is entitled to reject the goods claim.

The 24-month Warranty applies exclusively to the goods purchased through our website.(If you have purchased the goods from our business partner, please contact them directly).
